SCRAP LOADING CAR (CHARGING CAR)

 

As ALM , we are able to manufacture vibratory type and / or hydraulic push type scrap loading trolley system that provides charging opportunity for Rotary Furnaces and Reverber Furnaces.

Our Vibratory Type Rotary Furnace Charging Cars facilitates the movement of the material and provides high capacity charge such as 2 Ton / Minute as it is a hydraulic tipping type. The loading amount can start from 500 kg up to 20 tons at a time.

 

In addition, we can make a flexible production according to the capacity of the furnace, the type of scrap thrown and the physical conditions of the field, by revising to the desired dimensions in accordance with the request of the customer.
